The first season was the time we met veronica, Logan, Duncan and all the others characters for the first time. Veronica told us about her life, about how she lost everything after her best friend's death, after Lilly's death.

  The main action in the first season is about how Veronica with the help of her father and other people found out who was Lilly's killer.

Veronica solves other cases as well while working with her father at Mars Investigation. She makes a new best friend Wallace Flannel.

Her first boyfriend after Duncan was someone new named Troy who is just a liar. After Troy she starts dating Logan but soon after that they broke up. In the last minute of the last episode someone cames to her door and she answers : "I hoped it would be you"

Veronica tells us what happened before and after Lilly's death until the moment she find out who killed her best friend.

We find out some thing about The Fantastic Four and how they felt apart after one of them died.
After Lilly died Veronica went  to a party where someone raped her, only in the end of the season she found out  something more about what happened that night.

Someone gave her drugs that night and she doesn't remember anything about what happened. She never told her father that someone raped her, she went to the sheriff to report the crime but Lamb was too much of a coward to do something.

Veronica has to deal with the hate of her classmates. she lost all her friend the moment she choose her father over them. Her father accused Jake Kane( Lilly's father) of killing Lilly.
